On a beach in Adelaide Australia a man is found lying dead against a seawall. The man showed no signs of trauma and was dressed a suit as if he were going to work. Adelaide police quickly took the body to a coroner who found that while there were no external injuries, the man had multiple internal problems including a spleen three times the size of a normal healthy males.
As the investigation into the man’s death continued, more questions were found then answers. Nobody knew who the man was and no items found on his person contained any identifying information.
