On February 19th, 1994, a woman was admitted to the Riverside General Hospital in Moreno Valley, California. She was extremely confused and suffering from tachycardia and abnormal breathing. The staff injected the woman, Gloria Ramirez, with multiple drugs to sedate her and oddly, many noticed a oily sheen on her skin and a strange odor coming from her mouth.

While this began as a standard hospital visit, things quickly spiraled out of control when the medical staff noticed strange, manila-colored particles floating in her blood. Soon thereafter, several of the nurses attending Ramirez began to suffer from various, strange symptoms such as light-headedness, confusion, and even paralysis.

It was soon discovered that Ramirez was no ordinary patient…
